Daddy

       The security of the innocent is arrant within his substantial arms. His power is twinned solely by his devotion to her necessity. An abyssal and tender heart is his homestead.

His love for her is unmatched to all earthly concern. Life’s strength would he sacrifice to keep air in her chest. He spies part of vivification in her continuation, and his love endured.

       Her unvoiced sweet soul looks to his knowledge before she takes a step. “Daddy,” is like a hearty summer cinch to his ears. His pride in her is his single delight. Forever by her side as is the ennoble to his quest.

Ally

            The wag of her tail can bring a grin to Scrooge himself. Her devotion is unmatched save the soldier in battle. Her strength goes strong on cold mornings.

            She protects the weakest link even shedding her own essence. Not a single stranger doth come near the hearth lest they feel her wrath. All know when she stands sentry.

            She quickly became a four-legged family portion. Joy follows her presence as Spring does the frigid Winter. We cling to her spirit and will forever draw her near our hearts.

Greedy Hearts

            The greedy hearts have taken hold of the highest tower in our body politic. Racism has grabbed beauty and benignancy by her fine-spun neck, but weep not. For love’s treasure opens her eyes and sparkles the world. Her delightful smile is beyond the realm of the godless.

       The claws of hatred intrude deep into my wanton flesh. Fear darts his wry toothless grin. She alone can sedate the savage heart which weakly pumps furious blood thru my corrupt veins. She creates in me strength as of yet unknown.
